Paying by Check
- Please note! You can only register one person per form this year.
- If you are paying by check, be sure to click on the “Submit Registration” button at the very bottom of the registration page. You will then be directed to your receipt and directions for mailing your check are on that receipt. Please print it!
- If you are sending a check for multiple registrants, please be sure to include with your check, a list of everyone who is included in that payment.
Paying by Credit Card
- Please note! You can only register one person per form this year.
- If you are paying with an institution or school district credit card, BEFORE beginning the payment process, check with your financial secretary/bookkeeper to make sure that you can use that card for a PayPal transaction. Many schools/institutions have a block on PayPal. If this is the case, you will need to pay by check and follow the directions for that process.
- IF you have EVER used PayPal before, your information may be stored by them and all you will need to complete your transaction is your email address and your PayPal password which you will enter on the right hand side of the payment screen. If you do not want to use previously stored information, or you do not have a PayPal account, you will click on the “Continue” button (as seen below) where you will enter your credit card information.

- It is imperative that you read and follow the screen directions carefully. If you do not get a
receipt, your credit card did not go through, which usually means there is a PayPal block on
the card. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RE-REGISTER! Contact Martha Batch by email or phone.
Your first attempt will have to be deleted by Martha, and then you can re-register using a card
that will work, or changing to pay by check.
