Mark your calendars for the 2025 CACTE CareerTech Summit at the Embassy Suites Loveland, to be held July 20-24.

Not everyone needs to be there all 5 days.  Most attend Tuesday 7/22 - Thursday 7/24.

2025 REGISTRATION RATES

Registration includes 3 morning beverages, 3 afternoon snacks, lunch on Tues & Wed

Membership dues include one ACTE/CACTE division

  • MEMBER Early Bird - ends May 15 - $485

  • MEMBER Early Bird + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE dues - $635

  • MEMBER Early Bird + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE/CBAM dues - $660

  • MEMBER - after May 15 - $535

  • MEMBER + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE dues - after May 15 - $685

  • MEMBER + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE/CBAM dues - $710

  • Nonmember - $655

  • Non-member + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE dues - $805

  • Non-member + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE/CBAM dues - $830

  • Daily Rate - $285

  • Credentialing Session - $60, which INCLUDES LUNCH

There are no refunds, only substitutions, which must be completed by July 8.

  • 2025 CACTE Summit registration closed on July 8.  

  • There is NO onsite registration for the 2025 Summit.  

  • Payment MUST be received by July 15 to avoid the $100 late fee.

Whova is the mobile app for the Summit and it is live as of 7/1/25.  Be sure to have the most current version downloaded before arriving in Loveland. Look at the schedule, labeled "agenda" at the bottom and start to build your own agenda for the Summit.  Keep checking the app - things are still being added or changing a bit!!!

CAREERTECH SUMMIT FAQ

  • Attendee Registration is CLOSED. Please plan to join us for the 2026 CACTE CareerTech Summit in Pueblo, CO, July 19-23, 2026. 

  • The face-to-face version of the "CTE in Colorado" Secondary Credentialing coursework will be offered as part of the 2025 Summit. Folks need to attend the all-day session on Monday 7/21 as well as the FULL Summit.  Be sure to register for BOTH the full Summit AND the Monday 7/21 full day Credentialing Session, which INCLUDES lunch!  

  • Registration rates include morning beverage breaks, lunches on Tues/Wed and afternoon snacks

  • If you are paying from 24/25 Perkins funds for registration only, the credit card payment or check issue date must be on or before 6/30/25.  

  • Breakfast is included with your Embassy Suites hotel room

  • Be sure to ask your CTE Director/Principal/others for financial help to attend the Summit.

  • Need a Colorado ACTE W9 for your financial office? 

  • It's a BYOBB Summit - that's Bring Your Own Bag & Water Bottle!

  • Graduate credit from CSU is available for the Summit (at additional cost) IN ARREARS through the CO CTE Professional Development CTE Common Checklist.  Grad credit will be available for the 2024 Summit on the 24-25 checklist, which should be posted by late March. Credit for the 2025 Summit will be available on the spring 2026 checklist.

  • EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION is closed. 

  • 2026 Registration rates are unknown at this time - use the 2025 rates as a guide...
