Congratulations to the CACTE Awards Recipients for 2026! It was exciting to honor 8 deserving individuals and 2 companies during the CACTE CareerTech Summit! Thank you to all who nominated and wrote recommendation letters for these deserving honorees.


Congratulations to the CACTE Excellence Awards recipients for 2026!!

  • CACTE New Teacher of the Year: Alexis "Lexi" Cochran, Eaton HS

  • CACTE Teacher of the Year: Christina Tidey, Carson MS, FFC D8

  • CACTE Administrator of the Year: Duane Roberson, Co Springs D11

The ACTE/CACTE Excellence award recipients’ nominations will be sent on to the Region V Awards, to be presented at the Region V conference in Colorado Springs in April 2027. This year these include the CTE New Teacher of the Year, CTE Teacher of the Year, and the CTE Administrator of the Year.
