LEGISLATIVE UPDATE from Tonette Salazar - CACTA Conference

Thanks to CACTE Legislative Specialist, Tonette Salazar, for presenting an update at the CACTA Mid-Winter Conference on February 5, 2025. The budget for the state of Colorado is looking a bit dire - lots of the special COVID funds are gone. now. With Tonette and Dylan's guidance, the CACTE Legislative Committee is providing input and suggestions to keep Career & Technical Education in the best possible spot.
